Recombinant Human CCL3/MIP-1 alpha Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser24-Ala92) of human CCL3/MIP-1 alpha (Accession #P10147).
This protein, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha, plays a role in inflammatory responses through binding to the receptors CCR1, CCR4 and CCR5. Polymorphisms at this locus may be associated with both resistance and susceptibility to infection by human immunodeficiency virus type 1.
|Purity||> 95% by SDS-PAGE.|
|Endotoxin||< 1 EU/μg of the protein by LAL method.|
|Formulation||Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4.|
|Reconstitution||Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water.|
