HEK 293T cell line stably expressing exogenous human B7X (B7-H4) gene.
B7X, also known as (B7-H4) belongs to the B7 costimulatory protein family. Proteins in this family are present on the surface of antigen-presenting cells and interact with ligand bound to receptors on the surface of T cells. Studies have shown that high levels of the encoded protein has been correlated with tumor progression. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 20. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Thaw the vial as soon as possible upon receipt to ensure its viability.
1. Thaw the frozen vial in a 37°C water bath for 1-2 minutes.
2. Transfer the vial into biosafety cabinet. Wipe the surface with 70% ethanol and drop the cell suspension gently into a centrifuge tube containing 9.0 mL complete culture medium.
3. Spin at ~ 125 x g, for 5- 7 minutes at room temperature.
4. Resuspend cell pellet with the appropriate volume of complete medium and transfer the cell suspension into a T25 culture flask.
5. Incubate the culture at 37°, 5% CO2 incubator or refer to the specific culture condition, if possible.

Crown Bioscience shall have the sole ownership, interest, and tittle in any materials it transfers under this Agreement. The recipient(s) shall not transfer any materials transferred by Crown Bioscience under this Agreement to any third parties without Crown Bioscience’s prior written consent.
CROWN BIOSCIENCE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARDS TO THIS PRODUCT. The terms of this agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of California, USA.
“Affiliate” shall mean, with respect to an entity, any other entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the entity. For the purpose of this definition of Affiliate, “control” means the ownership and voting control of more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting securities or interest in capital or profits of an entity, or the right to direct or control the management or affairs of such entity by contract or similar arrangement.
