The ThB antigen is present on most immature T-cells of the thymus, on Ig-, Thy-1- and Ig+ lymphoid cells in bone marrow and peripheral B-cells, but absent on peripheral T-cells. ThB is expressed in high density on spleen cells of AKR, C57BL, DBA/2, SJL and SWR strains. BALB/C, CBA, C3H/He and NZB strains express low densities of the ThB antigen on spleen cells.
|Ig Subclass||Rat IgG|
Rat Anti-Mouse ThB recognizes Mouse ThB.
|Buffer||0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.|
|Purification Method||Affinity Purified|
|Reporter Molecule||R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) has a molecular weight of 240 kDa and is purified from red algae. R-PE is an intensely bright phycobiliprotein with an absorption maxima at approximately 496, 546 and 565 nm, and a fluorescence emission maximum of ~578 nm.|
|Dilution||Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.|
|Storage Conditions||This R-PE conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.|
|Reported Applications||Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry|
