Anti-Human CD19 may be used to enumerate B-cells in peripheral blood or tissue. The antibody may also be used to characterize non-T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias.
|Ig Subclass||Mouse IgG1|
Mouse Anti-Human CD19 (Clone SJ25-C1) recognizes an epitope on Human CD19. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
|Immunogen||Purified Recombinant Human CD19 (>98%)|
|Antigen Distribution||The CD19 antigen is expressed on approximately 5-25% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and approximately 60% of splenic lymphocytes.|
|Reported Molecule||PerCp is a component of the photosynthetic apparatus found in the dinoflagellate Glenodinium. PerCP is a protein complex with a molecular weight of ~35 kDa. Due to its photobleaching characteristics do not use on flow cytometers with high-power lasers.|
|Formulation||This PerCP conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.|
|Dilution||Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.|
